Created using two shortbreads, each biscuit contains homemade chocolate Nutella and pistachio Nutella. ⁠Available in a small or large box.

ingredients: unsalted butter (minimum 80% MILK fat content), Icing sugar (sugar, maize starch), lemon zest, organic vanilla bean, sea salt, EGGS, FLOUR WHEAT, Cocoa powder, acidity regulator:E501.

filling ingredients: sugar, vegetable oils (sunflower, palm), low-fat cocoa powder (12%), WHEY powder, LACTOSE, emulsifier SOYA lecithin, flavours, skimmed MILK powder, PISTACHIO paste, HAZELNUT paste.

The product may contain traces of: SESAME, PEANUTS.

Our products are freshly prepared on a daily basis in our kitchen here at Dulcis in Cambridge, 12 Rose Crescent, CB2 3LL.

Whilst our vegan and gluten-free products are prepared following specific vegan and gluten-free recipes, we would like to point out that we use many ingredients and share kitchen equipment.

So we can not guarantee that our Pasticcini, Biscuits, Gelatos, Cakes, and any other product freshly prepared in DULCIS are completely allergen-free due to the risk of cross-contact.

Our kitchen staff handle or use products with traces of peanuts, soy, nuts, eggs, milk and products with gluten on a daily basis.
