Pick ups - Delivery

Orders placed with three days' notice are accepted without any additional charge.

For shorter notice, the following surcharges will apply:

• Two days' notice: £5
• One day's notice: £10

Please note that last-minute orders are subject to availability and our kitchen's capacity. During busy periods, we may need to close last-minute ordering without prior notice. We will honour the orders that have already been processed. 

Given that these requests add extra strain on our kitchen team, we kindly urge customers to submit their orders as early as possible to prevent any disappointment.

NOTICE - EXPLAINED

Notice is calculated on a 24-hour basis, starting from the moment the order is placed, and only during opening hours. Collections are available from 12:00 pm onwards, and we are unfortunately unable to offer earlier pick-ups.

DELIVERY 

is available only from Tuesday to Friday, between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.

We deliver within approx 4 km of Dulcis.

• for orders over £100.
• Delivery fees will apply based on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

Please be aware that we may need to close the delivery service without prior notice, but we will honor all orders that have already been processed.
