How to store the gelato cake
Our gelato cakes should be stored in the freezer. We recommend placing them in the freezer within 10 to 15 minutes after collection.

Our products are freshly prepared on a daily basis in our kitchen here at Dulcis in Cambridge, 12 Rose Crescent, CB2 3LL.
Whilst our vegan and gluten-free products are prepared following specific vegan and gluten-free recipes, we would like to point out that we use many ingredients and share kitchen equipment.
So we can not guarantee that our Pasticcini, Biscuits, Gelatos, Cakes, and any other product freshly prepared in DULCIS are completely allergen-free due to the risk of cross-contact.
Our kitchen staff handle or use products with traces of peanuts, soy, nuts, eggs, milk and products with gluten on a daily basis.
